Per discussion with Jake and Josh, we are going to 'deprecate' the name Blue and call it "OpenLMIS Reference Distribution". The git repo name can shorten to "openlmis-ref-distro". We want to save the Git history inside the "openlmis-blue" repo, so it might involve cloning the repo and blowing away the old one in GitHub. All documentation about "Blue" will go away.
Use grep or similar to search through all v3.0+ version documentation (.md files, wiki pages) to fix references to Blue --> "OpenLMIS Reference Distribution". It's fine if the 3.0.0-BETA still calls things Blue because we aren't going to go back and change history.
Create a new Git repo, preserving all the old history, for "openlmis-blue" --> "openlmis-ref-distro"
Change documentation for all v3.0+ services in .md files and wiki pages
Fix Jenkins jobs to build from the correct new repo
Update Slack notifications and Sonar for new repo (plus Docker Hub and Sonatype and Maven, etc) not applicable
