Apply new color palette to match logo

Colors
Bright Blue: #49baeb
Orange: #e67325
Darker Grey: #58585a
Light Grey (callout box on grey): #e4e4e4
Lightest Grey (primary background band color): #f0f0f0

we like the hover over button color as #3A95BC

Notes from conversation on colors
Fonts (specifically titles) should stay dark versus the new blue
Buttons: don't flatten them, need to be legible
Links: need to check if the blue is dark enough to do by itself. Right now underline happens with over over.
Nav bar : go to the new blue and use the darker hover over color (#3A95BC)
Titles : Dark font. Under titles use new light blue color for line
Table Headers : MJ expressed a need for contrast since light blue header is lighter than the dark green

  • Buttons are #3A95BC (with gradient)

  • Titles are #58585a

  • Labels are #58585a

  • Avoid colors in modal alerts ect...

  • Keep background color to light gray #e4e4e4

  • Remove pill bottle

Marked this ticket as Done. We definitely achieved the original goal of this ticket—to apply the new color scheme to the product before the release.

I am not sure I understood those other bullets in your last comment. Please take a look and let us know if there are outstanding parts of what you discussed that we still need a new ticket for to tackle in a future version.

, we talked and I believe you are looking at the list of things noted. For , I asked for the following updates:

  • error messages for search queries shouldn't be above the table

  • favicon to be updated

  • change buttons back to tabs with more contrast

  • change skip all / none to links versus buttons

  • save/error modals to be more of a color (green/red) with more contrast (make sure the icon stays within the notification)

  • fix sticky pop-up errors in the product grid

  • update the report filters to 220px (match other searches)

  • when there is an error, the red background makes it impossible to see the grid, please fix
    updated with the red row we just discussed

I think the new color scheme is ready for review... please post pictures of broken things back here (with like arrows and explanations so I know whats up)

Also, surprise, I replaced the nav tabs in the requisition screen...

– Did the medium give you another gray font color? The "Dark Gray" we are using for text didn't pass the w3 contrast checker...

When I looked at the website mocks it looks like they use #434343 for text...
