Print physical inventory input page / draft table
As a storeroom manager, I want the option to print out the pre-input (before I fill in the quantities) physical inventory page so that I can use the paper form to record my physical stock as I conduct the physical count.
As my SOP dictates, I can then refer to my paper notes to input & save the physical stock amounts into the system.
clicking "Print Table" will generate PDF with the following acceptance criteria:
column headers should be:
Stock on hand
VVM Status (Open Question: Is it possible to only show this column if there are orderables that have VVM status configured?). Suggestion: calculate whether we should VVM outside of Jasper, and just past a boolean param.
Values for "Current Stock" should be whatever has been cached for those values during that session. (Printout should reflect values that appear on screen.)
PDF should also include at top:
title of PDF should be "Draft Table for Physical Inventory" in Arial, size 14 font
(next line) include the text "Not an official record of stock on hand." in Arial italic size 11 font, black
(next line) date & time of PDF generation. Should read "Date generated: [DD/MM/YYYY] ; Time generated: [timestamp of PDF generation]
(next line) name of user who generated PDF. "Table generated by: [name of user]"
should include the watermark text "DRAFT" in the style of the attached screenshot. Watermark should appear behind table on PDF. This "DRAFT" text should be included in library for translation as it will need to appear in different languages depending on the language of implementation.
"Print Table" button UI should reflect what is down in the attached screenshot mockup. (Bottom toolbar, left.)
Test case is created in Zephyr for this scenario, and test case is linked to this ticket
Thank you . After finishing what I have on the plate will discuss with my leader
Yes, please feel free to pick up this ticket and work on it, if you are interested! However, this is a lower priority to any work directly related to the 3.6 or other priorities as determined by your team lead.
Thank you , I will discuss with , I see there is something I can contribute to this.
We should ask for his direction on this. Wes?
My 2 cents: If you are looking for tickets to contribute to, this particular ticket is still a possibility, but it is probably not the highest priority right now from our roadmap/backlog. Wes would know more.
should i go ahead and implement this ?
