Requisitions selected for batch approval are required to be from the same program.
Program filter is not required.
The page says that "To approve more than one requisition, all selected requisitions must be associated with the same program." (Note: Although this note doesn't need to appear in Malawi's instance, it's okay for now if it does.)

Yes, I believe this 1-point ticket here is just for doing the Pull Request review, not any coding.
The testing of the ticket is blocked at the moment because batch approval was removed temporarily from the requisition UI.
what is the status of this ticket? Can we do any QA on batch approvals or is this still blocked? If it is blocked, by what?
I just used the feature and (a) it seems to work (b) I think this is ready for QA – ideally any significant errors are already turned into bug tickets, or any new bugs should be logged as a ticket.
IMHO: This ticket should be marked done ASAP
