Configure a vaccine stock based requisition

Description

Iterations
Iteration 1: create a "vaccine stock based requisition" which includes fewer columns
Iteration 2: create a "stock based requisition" that allows for all columns to be used (there is a dependency on mapping consumption, receiving, etc.)

As Adam I need to configure a vaccine requisition template to populate requisition columns Stock on Hand using stock cards so that facilities using stock management for vaccines do not need to input stocking data into requisitions.

Acceptance Criteria
Verify that

  1. In there header (the grey box) of the requisition template, there is new text and a check box with the following:

    • Text: Enable Stock on Hand to populate from stock cards

    • Description: Stock on Hand will be populated from stock cards instead of being entered manually.

    • Insert a checkbox (unchecked = False, checked = True)

  2. The default setting for the checkbox is unchecked

  3. When I check the checkbox, the source column for the following rows is updated to "Stock Cards". This is done instantaneously, prior to saving.

    • Stock on Hand

  4. When I check the check box, the following will be read only (i.e. when a user initiates a requisition, using this template, the user cannot edit the following column).

    • Stock on Hand

  5. When I check the check box, the following rows are not displayed; the display checkbox is no longer checked and the row is disabled or even completely hidden (whatever is easier) Adam cannot edit the label, nor definition, and he cannot select the display checkbox

    • Beginning Balance (A)

    • Total received quantity

    • Total consumed quantity

    • Total stockout days (X)

    • Total (Y)

    • Number of new patients added (F)

    • Adjusted consumption (N)

    • Maximum stock quantity (H)

    • Calculated order quantity (I)

  6. I can check and uncheck the checkbox on the requisition template at any time.

  7. If I click Cancel after changing the template configuration, no changes are saved.

  8. When I click Save, I see a confirmation modal with the following:

  • Header: Save changes to the requisition template

  • Body: Changes to the requisition template will only happen on new requisitions initiated after saving.

  1. Update the configuration guide to outline the new option around configuring a stock based requisition template

  2. New zephyr test case includes step to validate that when you revert the changes back to not use stock card data, you can initiate a requisition successfully.

, in test when I select the "Enable stock on hand to populate from stock cards" checkbox, it still displays the "Total Losses and Adjustments", and "Average Consumption" columns. Has this been updated and deployed yet?

during the showcase we noticed we forgot two rows in the template that need to be disabled/removed from the Product grid. Please include “total loss & adjustment” AND “Average Consumption” to AC 5. FYI
