Set maximum page size in services / update paginated APIs to allow 2000+ items
Description
Our services (except Reference Data and Stock Management) have max page size set to 2000. If someone wants to get more than 2000 elements it is impossible.
Here is a review from Reference Data service with solution.
Acceptance Criteria
Fix this bug with a generic solution in each service effected: Requisition, Auth, Fulfillment, CCE and Report.
Made the same change to the Template service.
Use Integer Max Value as a default page size.
Test at least 1-2 paginated endpoints in each service (add more than 2000 rows and make sure the API retrieves them correctly).
Please verify this ticket again when related bug will be fixed.
