Broken add/edit user screen

Description


The administrator is not able to make any edits to a user, or add a new user. The screens are not there to continue the workflow.

1. Log into the application as administrator.
2. Go to Administration > Users.
3. Click the "Edit" button on the right of any user.
4. Add/edit user screen will look like the screenshot.
