/api/validReasons POST returns 200 instead of 400
Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. Send POST request to /api/validReasons with some assignment that already exists, i.e.:
2. See that returned response code is 200 instead of 400
It seems like this endpoint is missing following annotation:

I was looking into it, but then I got a notification saying it wasn't assigned to me anymore.
Should I reassign it to myself, if no one is working on it, and submit a patch?
