Inactive facilities are shown on the Edit User Roles screen

Reproduction Steps

  • Log in as administrator

  • De-active one facility

  • Relog

  • Go to the Edit User Roles -> Fulfillment page

  • Click on the Supplying Facility

Result
The deactivated facility is still present on the list

Expected Behavior
The deactivated facility is not visible on the list of Supplying Facilities

this is actually a desired behavior, can you confirm? I think you've changed it recently.

Yes, I've changed it recently based on the discussion in OLMIS-4467. Additionally, I've tried to confirm this is what we want in OLMIS-3805, but didn't get a response yet. We can talk more on the triage meeting today.

The expected behavior is that the admin should be allowed to assign roles for an inactive facility, and view the inactive facility for historical purposes. Marking this as dead.
