Order Quantity is blank on Shipment view for some products for which requested quantity was 0 or 1

I noticed an issue when I was executing the test case.

After submitting a locally-fulfilled requisition, be it regular or emergency, and setting the requested quantity as 0 or 1 for all line items, I noticed that there were issues with the "Order Quantity" field when fulfilling the order on the "View Shipment" view: If requested quantity was 0, the column was always blank, and if it was 1, it was blank for some products, and for others, not. Please look at the screenshots.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Initiate a requisition as vsrmanager1 and enter 0 as requested quantity for all products.

  2. Approve the requisition as divo1.

  3. Start fulfilling the order.

  4. The "Order Quantity" column is blank for all products.

  5. Initiate another requisition as vsrmanager1 and enter 1 as requested quantity for all products.

  6. Approve the requisition as divo1.

  7. Start fulfilling the order.

  8. The "Order Quantity" column is blank for some products.

Expected Results:
When requested quantity results in an order quantity to be 0, then the line item doesn't appear in the View Shipments page.
