Supervisory node 'Edit' button not working

Description

While testing OLMIS-4002, I have found that editing Supervisory node is not working. Once when a use tries to edit a SN and page waits for some time and fails by going to chrome error page.

Steps

Go to Administration > Supervisory nodes
From the list, click on one of the the Supervisory node
Page will wait some time and page can not be shown error will come

Note
Test was carried out on Chrome

Accepting criteria
When the Edit button clicked, Supervisory node edit page with a pre-loaded data should come.
