I noticed a performance issue when I tried to log in into the application as any user on Firefox. The system slows down and sometimes even freeze. Sometimes I get warning information from the browser to stop executing the JS script. Everything back to normal after several minutes.
Quite possible that this is related with caching facilities in the browser but more investigation is needed.
Firefox Quantum 59.0.2 (64-bit)
Is this planned for an upcoming sprint? This is in Roadmap status because the bug still needs details of the expected performance.
I've been fiddling with it a bit so I guess we could pull this into our Sprint. I already have some code for it.
FYI
should this be assigned to Mind the Gap Sprint 107 as part of our bug fix %?
Yes, this will be a perfect ticket for us (considering I already have it mostly implemented on some branch ).
I logged in to the application on Firefox using all users. At present, the system is not slowing down anymore, each login takes place within a maximum of 4 seconds, and even shorter. So it works correctly.
