Log in as an administrator
Go to Reports > View Reports
Click the "Timeliness Report"
Choose "Program Name": Family Planning and "Period Name": Jan2017
Select any Format and click 'Generate' button
After a minute of waiting for the report, information about too long waiting time and error 504 appears.
The report should be generated.
Please take a look at the screenshots.
This bug needs some research to determine what is causing the 504 timeout, and add expected behavior for an error message if the report cannot be generated.
