Update Requisitions API to Include Parameter for modifiedDate

Description

The GET requisitions API should include a parameter for modifiedDate. That will allow NiFi to fetch requisitions incrementally instead of needing to do so in bulk. From the perspective of the reporting work, this is an interim fix for the 3.5 release until we build out streaming functionality in a future release. However, this is a valuable enhancement to make to the requisitions API in general.

Acceptance criteria

  • The search requisition endpoint contains two additional params: modifiedDateFrom and modifiedDateTo

  • Both new params are ZonedDateTime

  • They must work with all other params (AND operator)

  • None of the new param is required (I can use zero, one of them or both)

  • Automate testing of the new param in CT

Can you share the credentials for a user that would have requisitions ?

I was testing it with admin credentials.

what user are you testing this with? My guess would be that the user simply does not have access to view any requisitions. The requisitions search endpoint takes into consideration rights, and will only return those requisitions the user is able to access.
