As an administrator, I would like to edit the supply partners defined in the system, so that supply partners will be handling the fulfillment of the products for which they are responsible.
Admin can edit Supply Partner Name but cannot edit Supply Partner code once its been created.
Admin can add Program and Supervisory Node association to existing Supply Partner
Admin can remove Program and Supervisory Node association from existing Supply Partner
Admin can add Facilities associated with the Program and Supervisory node by entering facility name or facility code
Facility and Product associations only display the assigned facilities and products. (Admin user does not want to see all unselected or unassociated facilities and products)
If a Program, Facility, and Product association already exists with another supply partner, then the admin should not be allowed to add it to a new supply partner (or a different existing supply partner). The admin should receive an error message that states the association already exists.
