Incorrect notification on the Add/Edit Association screen

While checking OLMIS-5781, I noticed that when adding/editing the association I do not include products, then the following information appears: "Ordereables list cannot be empty for new association." instead of "The product list cannot be empty for a new association."

Reproduction steps:

• Log in as an administrator.

• Go to Administration > Supply Partners.

• Click the "Edit" button next to any Supply Partner and then "Add" or "Edit Association".

• Do not add any products, or remove those that are already in the table and click "Update Association" button.

Result:

• The notification "Ordereables list cannot be empty for new association." appears.

Expected result:

• "The product list cannot be empty for a new association." should appear.
