Faulty email address validation in user edition

Description

During exploratory tests, I noticed that after one tries to change the user's email address to a faulty one, the error message next to the "Email" field doesn't occur.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Log into the application as administrator.

  2. Go to Administration > Users.

  3. Click the "Edit" button next to any user with an email address, e.g. srmanager1.

  4. Try to change the user's email address to an incorrect one, e.g. "srmanager1@openlmis".

  5. The error message that the email address is incorrect doesn't appear below the "Email" field.

Expected results:

  • The error message below the "Email" field that the address is incorrect should occur before clicking the "Update User" button.
