When I was updating the test case, I noticed that the notification of stockout doesn't come for any program (Family Planning, Essential Meds). The issue occurs on both browsers.
Change the administrator's email address to one's own and verify it.
Log into the application as srmanager2.
Navigate to Stock Management > Adjustments.
Choose any program and make an adjustment for any product in such a way that it its Stock on Hand will amount to 0 after the adjustment's submission.
Submit the adjustment.
Wait for several minutes.
One doesn't receive the notification of stockout.
The administrator should receive the notification of stockout after the Stock on Hand for any FP/EM product becomes 0.
