During exploratory tests, I noticed that when I enter "Make Issue" and add a product, then I will complete "Issue To", "Destination Comments", "Reason" and "Reason Comments" and add another product, then the same data will appear next to them . Even if I remove all products and start adding again, the columns are completed.
Log in as administrator.
Go to Stock Management > Issue.
Click "Make Issue" next to Family Planning.
Add any product and fill in all fields .
Add next product.
All fields (except "Quantity") are filled with the same data as the first product.
Click the "Clear" button and add again any product.
All fields are filled in again with the same data.
When next product is added, fields in the columns should be blank.
