The save change indicator is too close to the "Add Product" button

While checking OLMIS-6216, I noticed that the "All changes are saved" indicator is too close to the "Add Product" button.

Reproduction steps:

1. Log in as administrator and change the requisition template to "Hide Skipped Line Items" for Family Planning;

2. Go to Requisitions > Create/Authorize skip the first requisition for Family Planning and initiate a new ones;

3. The save change indicator is too close to the "Add Product" button.

Expected results:

• There should be a gap between the indicator and the button.
