During exploratory tests, I noticed an issue occurring on both browsers. After making an issue to Balaka District Hospital from Comfort Health Clinic of the Implanon product, the stock event is reflected on the product's stock card in Comfort Health Clinic. Yet after one searches for products for Family Planning and Balaka District Hospital on the "Stock on Hand" screen, no products are found, even though Implanon should be. Please look at the attached screenshots.
Log into the application as administrator.
Go to Stock Management > Issue.
Click the "Make Issue" button next Family Planning.
Choose e.g. the Implanon product and make an issue to Balaka District Hospital.
Submit the adjustment.
Go to Stock Management > Stock on Hand.
Choose "Supervised Facility", "Family Planning" and "Balaka District Hospital".
Click the "Search" button.
No products are found, even though Implanon should be.
The issue stock event should be reflected on the "Stock on Hand" screen for the facility to which the product was issued.
I'm not sure if it's really a bug; perhaps it's expected behavior but it has to be determined.
