After clearing the cache, can't log in to the application on Firefox

Description

While checking OLMIS-6357, I noticed that on Firefox when clearing the cache, the first time I log in I get an error and only after the page is refreshed I am logged in.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Open browser on Firefox and navigate to the OpenLMIS page (don’t log in).

  2. Clean all the history and cache.

  3. Try to log in to the OpenLMIS e.g. as an administrator.

  4. Can't log in because of an error occurs.

  5. After the page refresh, the user is logged in, but only Home page and Requisitions appear, so you have to log out and log in again.

Expected results:

  • One should be able to log in after cleaning the cache even if the OpenLMIS page is already selected.
