An error occurs when start fulfilling an order

Description

While checking bugs form backlog, I noticed that when I want to start fulfilling an order, then an error occurs.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Log in as vsrmanager1 and submit one requisition for Cumaba and EPI program.

  2. Log out and log in again as divo1 and approve the requisition.

  3. Go to Order > Fulfill Order and click the "Start Fulfillment" button next to approved requisition.

  4. An error occurs that the page size is not specified.

Expected results:

  • The error shouldn't occur.
