Redundant error message on the View Shipment screen

Description

When I was testing OLMIS-6473, I noticed that a redundant error message occurs when one starts order fulfillment. The issue occurs on both browsers, please look at the screenshot.

Reproduction steps:

  1. Log into the application as divo1.

  2. Go to Orders > Fulfill Orders.

  3. Start fulfillment of any order.

  4. The error message from the screenshot occurs.

Expected results:

  • The error message shouldn't appear.
