During executing OLMIS-3787, I found that a dot for Not functioning CCE Status on View Shipment screen is black, not red.
1. Log into the application as divo1.
2. Change functional status to Awaiting Repair for all inventory items for some facility (e.g. Cuamba, Cuamba).
3. Go to Orders -> Fulfill Orders and click Start/Continue Fulfillment next to the order for Cuamba, Cuamba
