When testing I noticed that:
Received "Create Order" e-mail template did not match the expected one ("Create an order: e6ef36d4-a83d-4dcc-a913-5240c8205d83 with status: TRANSFER_FAILED" vs "Dear User, this email is informing you...")
Daily/weekly e-mail notifications were not received (if this is a matter of a wrong time zone, it may be helpful to a user to inform him which time zone to go with when setting the date/time)
As a scope of this ticket, the correctness of taken actions should be verified and the proper documentation / test should be updated (like where to log and how to add phone number to an SMS application, Date/Time) if needed. If the bug or a needed improvement is found then probably a new ticket should be created.
After analyzing this ticket and linked test case with :
Test case needs to be updated to inform about the required time zone and notifications (4 notifications incoming but 2 are the same)
“New order” is a notification from a different part of the application, not really connected with the test case. The improvement ticket may be created to change that message to a more user-friendly one
