Jenkins is running out of disk space

Investigate what is taking up space and clean up so that Jenkins keeps running. Make a note on what actions were taken to fix the problem.

Looks good, I think we can move this ticket to Done

do you think there’s anything else I can do here? If not, I thank we can close this.

Despite those access logs, there’s nothing else that could be removed. Most of the space is consumed by build history (especially performance). However, 27GB of free disk space should get us going for a while.

^ Checked the access logs, it seems that they were there all the time. They are also properly rotated, so despite taking quite some space, it seems fine.

The spike in disk space usage was likely caused by our recent work on performance tests. The errored builds are taking a lot of space.

I’ve added a plugin that will remove failed builds in performance tests - they will no longer be kept, except for the most recent failed one.

I’ve also followed up on Slack about a strange spike in access logs - need to investigate this further.
