Can a commodity type and its parent both have stock cards at the same facility?

No special treatment for parent commodity type.

System will allow user to create stock cards for parents but it depends on the end users whether they want to do that.

Can a commodity type and trade items in it both have stock card at the same facility?

Yes.

Should SOH of the parent commodity type be shown as "parent soh + children's soh"?

No special treatment for parent commodity type.

Should SOH of the commodity type be shown as "commodity type soh + trade items' soh"?

Nope, they should be accounted independently.

Should SOH of the trade item be shown as "trade item's soh + lots' soh"?

Nope. Only the aggregation of the SOH of the lots belong to this trade item.

When view single stock card of the parent, should line items of the children also be shown?

No special treatment for parent commodity type.

When view single stock card of the commodity type, should line items of the trade items also be shown?

Nope. Commodity type and trade item are independent from each other for the stock management service.

When view single stock card of the trade item, should line items of the lots also be shown?

Nope, end user cannot view the trade item stock card if it has lot.
