  1. Create simple .csv file that will consist of two columns - code and catchmentPopulation:

  2. Enter the geographic zone codes and along with their corresponding catchment population values.Remember that

    • If CATCHMENT_POPULATION_CALC_AUTO is true, only geographic zones

    with
    • at the lowest

    geographic
    • level can be updated.

    • Otherwise (CATCHMENT_POPULATION_CALC_AUTO is false), updates can be made at any geographic level, allowing manual modifications across all zones.

  3. Save file with geographicZones.csv name. It must be geographicZones.csv.

  4. Create a .zip file with this geographicZones.csv file. Here the .zip file name does not matter.

  5. Go to the Administration panel and select Data Import:

  6. Select Geographic Zones from drop-down menu:

  7. Click Select File and choose your zip file created in point 4:

  8. Click Import in right bottom corner:

  9. You will see an informational pop-up that everything went well or any issue occurred during file processing (e.g. attempt to update non-lowest geographical level).

  10. Go to the Administration panel and select Geographic Zones:


    and verify if data from the file has been reflected there.
