Tips and Tricks:
- If you select "No" for the first question on Tab 1: Visit Info/Operations, all fields for tabs 2, 3, and 4 will be automatically recorded as "NR" (No Record). These fields will be locked out and you will not be able to type in any data. This is because if you did not visit a facility, you will have no information for those fields.
- If you begin to enter data into any field in tabs 1, 2, 3, or 4 and realize that you made a mistake and did not, in fact, visit that facility, you must manually delete the data from those fields before selecting No for the facility visit question in Tab 1: Visit Info/Operations. Once you select No, the fields in tabs 2, 3, and 4 will be un-editable and any typed-in data will remain in the system and cause the final distribution to be incorrect.
