Release Notes

This small update resolves a vulnerability in a third-party library, fixes a build issue and adds the version number to the login page.  The display version number is of the form vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH buildNumber-buildName, where buildNumber and buildName correspond to the name of the Jenkins build and corresponding build number.  For example, "v2.0.1 14-stable".
