1. Project
A. Overview:
The SELV system deployed in 4 provinces in Mozambique requires several updates and enhancements to improve usability and support scale up to additional provinces. This overall project incorporates several sets of changes including the addition of new vaccines to the system, configuration for two new provinces, and usability enhancements. Additionally, ColdTrace integration with SELV, while development is a separate project (please see linked scope document), will be included in the combined release and deployment plan established for this project.
B. Objectives:
- Configuration of Zambezia and Tete provinces
- Addition of Rotavirus, IPV, and MSD vaccines
- Usability improvements
2. Scope
The scope of the SELV Updates project includes new configuration for several of the changes, to be completed in advance of the release, as well as new features deployed with the new release in January.
In scope:
- Addition of 3 new vaccines to the SELV system
- Configuration of system to support rollout in Tete and Zambezia provinces
- New schedule for North Gaza
- Updates to Tableau reports to support new vaccine introductions and all items above
- Upgrade to OpenLMIS 1.0 code
- Tableau report to track tOPV
- Updated training materials
