Requirements PrioritizationPrioritize unmet requirements (features or capabilities not included in v3 requiring system development)Unmet requirements for each business process (requisition, ordering, reporting, stock management, CCE etc.) are reviewed and prioritized by participants through a participatory exercise (dot voting, release scheduling etc.)Participants provide input and reach a consensus about a minimum viable product (MVP) for the deployment of the upgraded system. Prioritization also informs sequencing of non-MVP items
