Requirements Prioritization | Prioritize unmet requirements (features or capabilities not included in v3 requiring system development) | Unmet requirements for each business process (requisition, ordering, reporting, stock management, CCE etc.) are reviewed and prioritized by participants through a participatory exercise (dot voting, release scheduling etc.) | Participants provide input and reach a consensus about a minimum viable product (MVP) for the deployment of the upgraded system.
