PCMT

The PCMT instance is the source of truth for the product catalog, covering product description, attributes, and relationships between products and between categories. The product catalog does not (currently nor planned) cover the assignment of those products into OpenLMIS' Programs or Facility Type Approved Products. This assignment may be done within the OpenLMIS UI or in bulk through the OpenLMIS Reference Data Seed Tool. The identifier that establishes a positive link between PCMT and OpenLMIS is defined in PCMT as the field “LMIS Code” (and through the API as LMIS ID).
