Forgot my password. How do I get assistance?

Instructions

Steps:

  1. Go to your eLMIS site. For example https://elmis.co.tz
  2. Click on the "Forgot password?" link

  3.  Fill up the form with either your email address or user name and click on Submit

  4. Look at your email inbox for further instructions for the login
