They issues vaccines again to lower level till the vaccines reaches to EPI center level, where it is dispensed to children.

1Permissions for Stock Management

As a system administrator, I want to set permissions for stock management so only authorized users may perform operations such as adjusting or transferring stock.

Make use of Home and Supervisory Roles on the user record to determine what a user can do at their Home facility versus supervised Facilities. Proposed Rights to add and enforce:

  • View Stock (read-only access to any Stock management related data: stock cards, lots, stock card entries, etc.)
  • Manage Stock (any operation that creates or edits data: adjusting stock counts, creating lots, creating stock cards, etc.)

2Access all products by program for a facility

As a store room manager I want to be able to view all products at my facility by program type so that I can successfully order those products from my suppliers

Acceptance Criteria:

1) Ability to view all products stock cards at a facility that belong to a particular program (without viewing any other products from other programs)

2) Ability to view products stock cards that belong to multiple programs separately any time a program to which that product is a member is selected

3Program/Product Configuration

As a store room manager I want to be able to customize the wastage rate, min, max, and re-order levels (in doses) for all products at my facility, by program, so that these benchmarks are accurate and better inform me of my stock levels

Scope of this work:
1. Allow ISAs for non-push systems (see "override link.png", attached)
2. Show ISA Override custom screen (see "ProductList.png") that allows input of minimum stock level, maximum stock level, and re-order stock level. A drop-down list allowing the user to select the facility population from the facility record or the annual district or annual facility demography record (if applicable). (See "isa.png" attachment)

4Physical Count to Requisition Config

As a Vaccine Officer I want the system to estimate other related supplies for my store based on my Target population so that I know the amount I can keep Monthly,Quarterly and Maximum.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. Annual needs for syringes and safety boxes

2. Quarterly needs for syringes and safety boxes

3. Maximum needs for syringes and safety boxes

Note: Current routine syringes are ADS_0.5ml,ADS_0.05ml and Sdilution_5ml

5Automatically add additional vaccine resources to requisitions

As a RIVO/DIVO/Health Worker I want diluents (and potentially syringes and safety boxes) to be automatically added to my requisitions so that I can request all the supplies I will need to vaccinate

  • diluents are on the issue form. Therefor it needs to be a product in inventory.
  • it is the responsibility of the receiver to verify that diluents are present and the manufacturer of the antigen and diluent match when they accept stock from an issuer. If the receiver finds either of these to be untrue, they will not accept the shipment. In VIMS this will be the equivalent of modifying a receipt to accept 0 doses.
  • syringes and safety boxes are stored at MSD Mabibo Warehouse. Vaccines are stored at MSD Keko Warehouse. MSD arranges for both of these transports based on a request
