I went through the two diagrams and they are representative of what we discussed on phone.

In regard to the vaccines store at the province and district levels, i just wanted too clarify the provinces have walk in cold rooms and the district have big vaccine refrigerators

I also consulted with a colleague who advised the mobile clinics do not really do much of the immunizations services, they rather focus more on curative services.

As for the M &E officers at national level, there are over  5 of them but only one is responsible for the immunisation data.

I have not yet gotten feedback on what happens with the campaign, i will write to you as soon as  i get something from the government colleagues.

I have also attached an old monthly report, commonly referred to as Health information Aggregation (HIA) form to show you on what they report on. For the Immunisation services are covered under part 1 in the report( i.e. up to row 52)

...

I did manage to follow-up on the campaign data and the district information officer advised that the campaign data is not entered into HMIs but instead, recorded on an excel sheet, aggregated and sent to the provincial information officer who then aggregates for the whole province and send to national level.
