Goals

The goals of this requirements page is to document the user stories specifically related to the "X" feature.
Scope: This feature should include stories on:

Below is a list of questions to be addressed as a result of the vaccine workshop:

1	How does max policies impact the monthly targets? Is it needed within vaccines to have both a period target (estimated need) + a max policy OR do all countries only use a period target (estimated need) which ALREADY takes into account the max policy? We need to determine what type of support is needed to calculate the reorder amount in requisitions.	@Vidya Sampath to ask around.
