Member updates? Upcoming travel or opportunities?

My updates:

  • Conversation with CHAI in Myanmar.
  • Heard that Cambodia may put out a RFP
  • Discussions with BAO on putting a POC together for DHIS2 and OpenLMIS integration for GDHF. Use cases welcome! Integration and interoperability
  • Others?

Feature Request:

  • Any ideas or thoughts on how we could display the requisitions status state? Has this request come up before?
  • Plan is to build out some mock ups.

Viewing approved quantities question/discussion. Better understanding the needs around orders (from the dev forum).

Logistimo discussion update.

Software Development Update

The team is working to pull together a blog post on the learnings from the contribution process and experience. Some of the initial stats and data behind the process.

Vaccine features update

  • Will focus on the resupply workflow. Some of the critical questions we plan to dig into:
    • The key pieces of information needed/used in making resupply decisions (we are interested in the SOPs AND informal processes).
    • What are the key challenges faced by the key user personas?
    • The team will facilitate user design activities like, empathy mapping, activity diagramming, prototyping and more.

Gap Analysis Update

  • Gap Analysis work extended to July 31 to allow more time for documentation in Zambia
  • Majority of documentation in Tanzania is complete
  • 18 Feature Gaps from the Tanzania analysis have been added to Confluence but information needs to be cleaned, formatted and reviewed by JSI.  The Zambia analysis work will build on the documentation from Tanzania in Confluence.  Most of the gaps were on the requisition side but a number identified in reporting as well.
  • Paul from PATH likely to join the JSI team again week of July 24 in Zambia

Question to PC: Do we start reviewing the Tanzania gaps while Zambia continues to gather documentation? Given the amount of documentation, what is the best way to get input from the PC? Voting or discussion around top priorities?
