Software Development Update

• Roadmap: Living Product Roadmap

  • Upcoming changes to include new timelines for vaccines and gap analysis (still under discussion)

• Current sprint: Backlog Grooming Sprint 35

• Overall updates and topics under discussion:

  • Moved forward with batch approval design (no feedback)

  • Accelerating the vaccine work by adding back more devs from the Malawi project (starting in October)

  • Spin up a team to start building out reports for vaccines

    • How to align on reporting? One idea, could we find a way to meet in person to have an in-depth conversation around reporting and strategy to build out an open-source solution.
