Development Update:

• Bring back backlog refinement pages starting next sprint

• Continuing to work on the offline stock management capabilities

  • Incorporating feedback from the last Sprint Showcase about the overall design

  • Currently working on the back-end for this feature, as well as browser caching

• Automated performance tests should be completed next sprint

Survey Review

• Discussing the needs for vaccine support - a survey was prepared - is there a need for a tool and what would be required, specifically:

  • timelines

  • distribution strategy - if none exists, detailing how this would differ from routine programs

  • any existing eLMIS solution and how it's used

  • funding

• Looking for feedback - rather urgent

• Who would be the best point of contact to fill that information? One person that could answer all of the question

  • In-country partners should be able to - likely more than one

Functionality Gaps

• Forecasting, does either AMC or ISA make sense? (Likely not)

  • Gaurav - This is likely to be done outside of OpenLMIS

  • Josh - ISA is specific to each facility (based on population-base)

• Can countries locally host?

• Map-like reports - do/can we have them?

• In terms of deployment - could we do something similar to what we have done for COVID edition OpenLMIS - SaaS hosting?

  • we could have  lost interest from some countries because we weren't able to incorporate necessary changes or adjustments fast enough - more adjustments also mean more budget is needed

• Tracking demographic information

• Would OpenSRP (or other) integration be important?

• Does patient followup need to be tracked

• Is a certificate generation process required?

• Could any of the feature gaps be addressed in 3.12?
