JSI and VillageReach

We signed this CLA agreement in March 2021. It governs all the code written on the Tanzania (GHSC-TA-TZ) project, where JSI and VillageReach developers have recently started contributing feature improvements as part of Tanzania’s upgrade to v3. Because of the “Effective Date” language, it retroactively applies to their first contribution in late 2020. In parallel with this, that project’s prime contractor, Guidehouse, has a request to USAID for permission on a statement that gives USAID credit for its funding/support. I will archive that email here once that approval is received.
