Purpose

This template is intended to standardize how feature requests are submitted by business users or stakeholders. By providing consistent and structured information, we enable the technical team to better understand the need, evaluate feasibility, and plan delivery accordingly. Please fill in the form below as completely as possible.

A short, descriptive name for the feature.

Example: Add bulk approval option for pending user requests

  1. Module(s) involved

Which part(s) of the system does this request relate to? (e.g., User Management, Reporting, Notifications, Orders, Stock, Requisition)

Example: User Management, Notification Engine,

  1. Business Problem / Need

What problem are you trying to solve? What is the impact of the current situation?

Example: Approving user requests one by one takes too much time during onboarding periods

  1. Goal or Desired Outcome

What outcome do you expect from this feature? What would success look like?

Example: Admins can approve multiple users with one click, reducing processing time by 80%.

Who are the primary users or roles?

Example: System administrators, Store manager
