General:

• Discussed expectations for this meeting:

  • Twice a week for a more strict 30 minutes or one a week for up to an hour

  • Open to including team Parrot, though this would require a time change

    • If these meetings are mostly to ensure that teams has access to ask questions and get any assistance then this may not be needed

• Discussing the value add for this meeting:

  • Allows for non-public communication between teams

  • Helps to identify work items and priorities

  • Allows teams to raise issues and concerns

  • Helps in the adoption of the OpenLMIS agile development process

• Will continue with meeting on Friday with Sam (hopefully) and decide on meeting schedule going forward

Sam:

• Out sick

Ashraf:

• Setting up meetings with Mohammad, Craig, and Ona team to discuss working together for version 3.5 

  • Will include Wes in meeting on morning Aug 15 to discuss Sprint 106 work

• Sam is organizing meeting with Elias, Ashraf, and Chongsun to go over mCSD work

Craig:

• Meeting with Ashraf and will be organizing work for Sprint 106
