• Reminder: update sprint goals on backlog grooming & JIRA sprint boards

• Discuss how to better introduce and give context to the work that each team is doing during the showcase

  • One suggestion was to mention the specific epics that are being worked on

  • Tie introduction back to sprint goal, if possible

Mind the Gap (Sam):

• On schedule and should meet all the goals for this sprint

• Schedule 3.4.1 release for https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-5235

  • Planning this for the next sprint (109)

  • Along with regression testing

• Any feedback from Hussein on his ticket?

  • Haven't heard back from him during this sprint

• Meeting with Ashraf regarding splitting work on R&R Splitting between suppliers (https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-4842)

Fast Parrot (Sebastian):

• SBR has been completed

• Prepared Benin snapshots

• Releasing faster epic (starting with CCE)

  • Working on Regression Testing guide and improvements

• Adding functional tests

  • Started with Requisitions

  • Plan on at least one functional test per sprint

Ona (Craig/Clay): 

• On track for sprint

• Discuss Craig's ticket (due to his travel)

• Report rights question - will this block?

  • Not a blocker right now (for 3.5)

  • Mostly an OpenLMIS thing for the embedded reports

• Requisitions API does not include modified date

  • Discussed options with Josh (atomfeed, websub)

  • Likely get tabled until 3.6 release as Ona doesn't have the time to complete in this release

  • Will brute-force (get everything) for 3.5 release

JSI (Ashraf): 

• Overall status of https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-4968 

  • Adugna is expecting to meet with Mary Jo

• Involvement in this sprint for Teklu and Muhammad

  • Muhammad - involved with https://openlmis.atlassian.net/browse/OLMIS-5431

  • Teklu - not available for this sprint

• Elias progressing on mCSD work

  • Service is now in usable state

• Looking to have Muhammad connect with Ona regarding reporting stack and expectations for JSI involvement

  • JSI-Ona will coordinate this connection before the Jan 2019 meeting

  • Muhammad is aware of the data warehouse schema that Ona has designed

    • All aggregation is (currently) happening in the superset reports

• Documenting current jasper report design/implementation

• Meeting with Sam to discuss R&R Splitting work

  • Looking to touch base with Josh regarding the "resource map"
