    • 61 facilities after the first phase

  • How many people are involved?

    • On the PSM side: 3 people

    • Some technical support from VR

    • Technical working group from MOH (very helpful)

  • DHIS2 used to hold the master data; manual sync between DHIS2 and the OpenLMIS instance

  • Conducted training for users to strengthen their computer skills and be in control of the OpenLMIS system

  • Quite some work on translations to make users understand what they are seeing (some direct translation didn't make sense)

  • Operations supports: WhatsApp, Service Desk, e-mails, phones

  • Technical challenges: performance (especially stock management)

Next time?

Casper Project Update

@Wesley Brown (5 min)

  • Project in Tanzania, called "ghost implementation"

  • They use eLMIS, but they want to use some features of v3

  • Migrating data from eLMIS to OpenLMIS v3 in the background

  • Currently running pilot

  • Could be useful for other implementations running eLMIS (or even other systems) to more easily upgrade to v3

3.8 Feature Priorities

@Wesley Brown (10 min)

New Page for Feature Backlog: Feature Backlog

  • Perhaps add more detail to the features

Current Suggestions:

  1. Configuration Assistant

    1. Simon: User profile management is difficult right now. Assisting in this area would be helpful

    2. Simon: Visualizations of supply lines, nodes, etc

  2. Stock Management - UI Caching
