Team ILL Sprint 12 retrospective:

1) Better Grooming:
- Groom one sprint ahead so sprint planning can be more effective. Start doing grooming sessions earlier in the sprint. Do break-outs if one or two people need to clean up a set of tickets and bring back to the group. Next Step: Brandon will schedule first one for Tuesday.
2) Use the Orders Service split as a pilot test of having a small dedicated team

Team ILL completed 29 story points. Teams AYIC/ToP completed 150 story points. If we continue this pace, the burn-up chart shows we will completed the story points for version 3.0 in time for a release in Sprint 19 (February 2017).
