  • Reviewed most recent updates to SOW - including specifications for testing and revised deliverables
  • Discussed where to get access to the code, project team includes: 
  • Discussed status of Nexleaf API definitions, also noted that a delay in the API definitions from Nexleaf may alter the timeline stated in the SOW
Communication
  • Milena is SolDevelo contact for project, Kamil is team lead
  • Both Milena and Kamil for SolDevelo and Rich and Christine from VillageReach should be cc'd on any project communication
  • Weekly status call/demos scheduled for Thursdays at 7am (PST)/4pm (CEST)
  • Kamil will send a brief summary report for each meeting
