Report Definition: Health Units (HU) Reporting

Definition

A Health Unit is Reporting if:

The health center was visited and there is some data in either the EPI Inventory or Child Coverage forms. Note that for data entered directly into SELV, if the health center is visited, there will always be data in EPI Inventory because Delivered Quantity is a required field.
The health center was not visited and there is some data in the Child Coverage form
